Strengthen your body and nourish your soul in this unique class designed for moms. Combine strength building barre exercises with precious bonding time with your non-mobile infant. Enjoy a workout tailored to your postpartum needs where we incorporate your baby and use your stroller as your barre.

Join a warm and welcoming community with your baby! Bond with your little one(s) through gentle movement and mindfulness. Strengthen and tone your body, revive your core, and get back your balance. No prior yoga experience is necessary, just bring your non-mobile infant(s) and your mat. Space is limited and preregistration is required.

Welcome to ‘Tiny Twirls for Mamas,’ a graceful and energizing movement class just for mamas and their babies! With your little one safely snuggled in a carrier, you’ll gently stretch, explore ballet-inspired movements, and groove to upbeat jazz rhythms. No dance experience is needed!

Studio One Fitness at Keeping Pace

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays – 7:00 AM- 7:45 AM
$100 per month for unlimited classes OR $15 drop-in per class.

Join Michael Ruggiero, owner/Certified Personal Trainer of Ruggiero Fitness Concepts, Inc. for Studio One Fitness at Keeping Pace!

These 45-minute classes will focus on core strength and stability, functional movement and strength; aesthetics and toning and also includes some heart rate “cardio”. Class will begin with the basics and progress to conform to the different fitness levels within the class. Mats, small weights, and resistance bands will be provided. Heavier weight can also be provided if needed.

Michael can also create an app-based fitness program you can use on your own or at your own gym and you can also follow his nutrition plan to support the aesthetic result of the class!

Class will be limited to 10 students and pre-registration and pre-payment is required.
