Newborn Essentials Class

In this class we will go over baby basics! Learn to swaddle, diaper and how to use your car seat! Learn what to do when the baby is crying and how to safely put your baby to sleep.

Taught by a local nurse and Lamaze instructor.

Expecting a Miracle Childbirth Class

Feel ready and empowered going into your birthing time! Our birth class is taught by a Lamaze certified nurse and covers everything from how to handle unmedicated births, to planned c-sections!

Grandparenting 101

This class is for any new grandparent or grandparent-to-be who would like to know what’s changed… We’ll go over tips and pointers to calm and soothe baby, and will share the latest safety standards. This class is taught by our Childbirth Educator and Nurse Certified Lamaze Instructor.
