Weekly Tune Time with Jessi:

Tune Time with Jessi is a traveling Music and Movement class for infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children. Each class includes song, dance, creative movement, puppets, instrument exploration, lessons in rhythm, and themed literature. Music and movement engage different areas of the brain, encourage learning across all domains, and let’s face it, music and movement is fun!  Age- 0-5 years old

Drums Alive DRUMTASTIC!

Ages: Pre-k – 3rd graders

The Drums Alive Mission: Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience Drums Alive® combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm. Drums Alive® is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally and socially!

This 45 minute class is run by Maddie Welch, a licensed occupational therapist and a certified Drums Alive Instructor. This class will be fun and upbeat with lots of music and movement to connect the whole body and the whole brain to develop sensorimotor reflexes and kinesthetic awareness. The synchronization of the left and right sides of the body shows stimulation of brain waves that can lead to higher levels of concentration, sensory and motor improvement, and an overall sense of well being. DANCE ADVENTURES FOR TINIES: Ages 16 months to 2 years old. (*Please note children must be walking but no prior dance experience is needed)

DANCE ADVENTURES FOR MINIS LEVEL 1: Ages 2 to 2.5 years old.

DANCE ADVENTURES FOR MINIS LEVEL 2: Ages 2.5-4 years old.

3,2,1… Blast off! We are going on a magical dance adventure, from ice castles to under the sea and everywhere in between! Storytime meets dance class as we use our imaginations and dance along to our favorite stories! This class is a great introduction to movement and gross motor skills!

AWESOME ACRO

This 4 week session for 3 to 5 year olds will run weekly. Dancers will work on stretching and strengthening while learning skills such as forward rolls, bridges, cartwheels and more! Dancers should have bare feet and hair pulled back off the face!

SHINING STARS BALLET/JAZZ LEVEL 1: Ages 3-5 years old.

Reach for the stars in this introduction to Ballet and Jazz dance! With a fusion of technique and fun, we will learn the basics and build a great dance foundation! No prior dance experience needed!

SHOOTING STARS ACRO/BALLET/JAZZ LEVEL 2: Ages 5-7 years old.

Reach for the stars in this part 2 of our Shining Stars Acro, Ballet and Jazz class! With a fusion of technique and fun we will continue to master the basics and build a great dance foundation!

Note: At the end of our session we will have a performance to showcase our hard work! The final show is always “tutu cute”! With that being said, a costume will need to be ordered for this special performance. Ordering information and a link will be sent the first week of classes. The expected cost is always $30 or less!

Note: Regular clothing or dance wear can be worn for all classes, just no tap shoes please.
