Join Michael Ruggiero, owner/Certified Personal Trainer of Ruggiero Fitness Concepts, Inc. for all Adult Fitness at Keeping Pace!
These 45-minute classes will focus on core strength and stability, functional movement and strength; aesthetics and toning and also includes some heart rate “cardio”.
Class will begin with the basics and progress to conform to the different fitness levels within the class. Mats, small weights, and resistance bands will be provided. Heavier weight can also be provided if needed.
Michael can also create an app-based fitness program you can use on your own or at your own gym and you can also follow his nutrition plan to support the aesthetic result of the class!
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays – 7AM-7:45
$100per month for unlimited classes OR $15 drop-in per class.
Class will be limited to 10 students and pre-registration and pre-payment is required.
