Strengthen your body and nourish your soul in this unique class designed for moms. Combine strength building barre exercises with precious bonding time with your little one* (non-mobile infant). Enjoy a workout tailored to your postpartum needs where we incorporate your baby and use your stroller as your barre. *This class is for moms and non-mobile infants.

Bonding with Baby Yoga

Join a warm and welcoming community with your baby! Bond with your little one through gentle movement and mindfulness. Strengthen and tone your body, revive your core, and get back your balance. No prior yoga experience is necessary, just bring your little one* (non-mobile infant) and your love. *This class is for moms and non-mobile infants.

Baby-Wearing Dance Class

Welcome to ‘Tiny Twirls for Mamas,’ a graceful and energizing movement class just for mamas and their babies! With your little one safely snuggled in a carrier, you’ll flow through gentle stretches, explore elegant ballet-inspired movements, and groove to upbeat jazz rhythms — all designed to uplift, strengthen, and reconnect you with your body. No dance experience is needed — just bring your baby, your carrier, and your beautiful mama spirit! This class blends self-care, fitness, and connection, creating a supportive space where you can move, bond, and shine.

STUDIO ONE FITNESS

Join Michael Ruggiero, owner/Certified Personal Trainer of Ruggiero Fitness Concepts, Inc. for Studio One Fitness at Keeping Pace!

These 45-minute classes will focus on core strength and stability, functional movement and strength; aesthetics and toning and also includes some heart rate “cardio”.

Class will begin with the basics and progress to conform to the different fitness levels within the class. Mats, small weights, and resistance bands will be provided. Heavier weight can also be provided if needed.

Michael can also create an app-based fitness program you can use on your own or at your own gym and you can also follow his nutrition plan to support the aesthetic result of the class!

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays – 7AM-7:45

$100 per month for unlimited classes OR $15 drop-in per class.

Class will be limited to 10 students and pre-registration and pre-payment is required.
