Our Baby Café meets every Tuesday morning at 8:15 am for support and encouragement. Join us as we dive into the wonderful world of breastfeeding. Our Baby Café is lead by our Lactation Experts with years of helping moms to successfully breastfeed their babies.

Baby Cafe After Hours:

Join us after hours for support and encouragement, every Tuesday 4:30-6 pm in our Baby Café.
Are you breastfeeding or pumping and need some extra help? This class is for new mamas with babies in arms. Join this group to dive into the beautiful world of breastfeeding and meet other mamas.
Our instructor, Arielle Staal, is a breastfeeding specialist and postpartum nurse who teaches classes in childbirth, newborn essentials, CPR and first aid.

Expert Lactation Support Tailored to YOUR Needs!
We know that every breastfeeding journey is unique, which is why we are thrilled to offer expert support to help you reach your goals. Arielle provides deep-dive assessments into milk transfer, latch issues, maternal health, and more.
Because Arielle is a licensed RN, we provide a Superbill that you can submit to insurance. Under the Affordable Care Act, many patients receive 100% reimbursement for this visit!
Clinical Lactation Consult – $120 (possible 100% reimbursement, check with your insurance)
1-Hour Appointments: Wednesdays and Thursdays at 2:30, 3:30, & 4:30, starting March 1st

We provide comprehensive breastfeeding support from the day your baby arrives and throughout your feeding journey. Whether you plan to exclusively breastfeed, exclusively pump, or combine both methods, we recognize that each family’s needs are unique. Our team listens attentively to address any breastfeeding concerns and collaborates with you to establish a personalized breastfeeding plan. We also offer weighed feedings for mothers who wish to monitor their baby’s intake.

We assist with a range of breastfeeding challenges, including latch difficulties, plugged ducts, engorgement, sore or cracked nipples, nursing strikes, milk supply concerns (over or under), flange fitting, and pumping support.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30AM at a rate of $50 per hour.

*Registration is required, all appointments will be held in our Lactation Station.
*Additionally, our Baby Cafe provides complimentary breastfeeding support sessions every Tuesday from 8:15-9:30AM and 4:30-6:00PM.
