This hour and a half class will meet once a week for six weeks and is for first time MOMs with non-mobile babies up to 9 months old. We know how being a first time mother of multiples can be scary, and often isolating. We want to help you transition into your new role as a MOM. We want to help you meet other new MOMs, foster friendships, and help you to truly enjoy your newborns! Some of the topics that we will cover in this class are: Feeding, Sleeping, Organizing your life to fit it all in, Relationship changes, Getting out and about, Finding “you” time, and discovering your “new” normal!

Classes are held at 194 S. Main St. W. Bridgewater and are sponsored by: Keeping Pace with Multiple Miracles, a non-profit support group for families and families to be of twins, triplets and quadruplets. The class is limited to 7 families.
