Birth Trauma Support Group:

Childbirth is a miracle and we should feel so proud of our bodies for bringing the gift of life into this world. But for some moms, the days, weeks and months following are not filled with pure joy while you try and wrap your head around what went wrong. Birth trauma is something that so many women go through but do not talk about. If you have asked yourself “what went wrong”, “why did this happen to me” or “How come *insert person here* was able to have a beautiful normal birth experience, but not me?” please know you aren’t alone. There are many moms dealing with similar trauma but now you don’t need to do it alone. This group will be mom led by Taylor McAulay and Rachel Solari, Overcoming Birth Trauma is a group for mothers to have a safe space to open up about their birth experience, and begin to work through it with other moms who have been there, and get it.

We have worked with thousands of families worldwide all with great success. The reason behind this success? Our sleep training methodology is based on the science behind sleep, working to optimize your little one’s proper sleep windows.
Did you know that sleep training does not have to mean “cry it out”?
